I've done this ride a few times while in Tri training mode. I like that the traffic is quite light (at least on a weekday). It is typical Northern California rolling hills scenery, with a few old ranch structures along the way. It is not a brutal climb, but you can get a good workout if you push it. I wish it were longer, but I believe you can continue past the peak for a longer ride.
