Not the most scenic, but without a doubt the toughest climb in Malibu, as well as the most technical descent. Going up or down, this road is a challenge!

Sharp pitches that'll put you in the red. Listen for fancy cars racing the corners, I've had some close calls. The safer way to do this climb is to go left on Hume, which puts you over on Rambla Pacifico, you still connect back and end at the same place, but you get trade a break from the 14% in the middle for a more continuous 10% on Rambla. Waaaay fewer cars on Rambla, so it's infinitely safer, especially because the top part of Flores is so narrow and full of douchey drivers

This is one of three climbs that ends at one of the two Cycling centerpoints of the Malibu Mountains (the highest finish for Topanga Canyon and Big Rock are also at Stunt Road).

There are two primary finishes for Las Flores:

top of Stunt Road or top of Piuma Road.
