Don't dread it, John...embrace it! That poison is much worse for the cancer cells than you; if you're feeling bad...just think what it's doing to them. You are so much stronger than those cancer cells...even at your weakest, most nauseous and most fatigued. You're fatigue is the result of your body working hard at kicking cancers @ss...and that's a good thing!
