The route offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, alpine meadows, and charming villages. As you ascend, you'll be treated to panoramic vistas of the French Alps, including the iconic Mont Blanc on a clear day.

The ascent from La Clusaz to Col des Aravis involves a steady climb with some steep sections. The route is approximately 11 kilometers long, and you'll gain around 600 meters in elevation. The gradient varies, reaching up to 8-9% in some places.  83% of the climb is between 5-10% and there are no descents or flats along the way.

The road leading to Col des Aravis is generally well-maintained, providing a smooth surface for cycling.
