Rode this along with Moretown Gap West and combined it's a good day of climbing! The east side is rather easy and the only real incline is near the end where it is the steepest! I Parked at the Moretown General Store and started with the West gap which is harder...the road quality is not the best but not bad, it's basically like smooth dirt and pavement, but not too bumpy. You can climb up or descent down without much issue. Traffic is not an issue as you kinda feel completely alone at times with not much cars...I only saw one other person exercising the whole time along with some cars here and there. There really are no views here but the fall foliage looks nice!
