Great climb up to the top of Town Hill. Combined this climb and the Mertens East climb together. This climb was a little bit less steep on the gradient, same road conditions of rocky road. Recommend mountain bike for both climbs; road bike is a bad choice. I parked at Banner Overlook, bombed down to the bottom, and returned up.
