La Navacerrada is a nice climb, just a little bit too heavy on the traffic side; the side of the road is large enough for cars to pass by easily, but not everywhere. Be careful in particular during the weekends, when people are heading up to the top for excursions (I guess the sky season doesn't usually combine with the cycling season, otherwise that'd be another time to probably avoid). A couple km from the top, there's a water fountain on the downhill direction, pretty useful to refill bottles when heading back down towards Madrid. At the top, turning right, you can continue to La Bola del Mundo
