Cycling Bryce Canyon National Park
Thunder Trailhead to Rainbow Point
Ride 32 miles gaining 3,208’ at 1.2% average grade (2.9% climb only)
This is the longest and best climb-ride in Bryce NP. There are 2 Visitor Centers (Red Canyon and Bryce Canon VCs) and several viewpoints along the route. The National Park sign (above) is at the 14.1 mile point of this ride. You may ride on the Shared Use Trail (walkers and cyclists welcome) for the first 8.6 miles of the ride - the route begins at the beginning ot the Shared Use Trail.
