Its all about the inclines. Jester itself is short, but doing intervals on Jester and also climbing neighboring roads such as Beauford Dr and Lakewood Dr will put the sting in your legs. Light traffic due to the area being local neighborhood streets. Not uncommon to have cyclists with same intentions usually present.
