This is a very popular bike climb out of Aspen. Some traffic until you reach the ranch then mostly just shuttle busses and lots and lots of ebikes ! Bathrooms and water at the top parking area. Good fast decent but be prepared to slow down or stop as large groups of ebikers tend to stop for pictures and block the road.

I think this has to be the most pleasant mountain climb. The road is closed to traffic after 8 a.m. On my ride, I was passed by only 3 or 4 tour busses (the only vehicles during the day). The road conditions are mostly good, and there are no blind corners or switchbacks. The climb is mostly gentle with a few steeper sections. The scenery at the top is about as good as it gets. There are plenty of other cyclists on the road as this is a very popular climb.
