This climb was amazing. I started at the train station in OULX, and the climb basically starts immediately. There were some uphill tunnels with heavy traffic at the start on the way to the climb that I wished I had brought rear lights for, but once you hit the first roundabout the traffic pretty much clears. The climb itself is very stunning and it never gets too steep. The pavement is perfect. There are water spouts on a few sections of the climb, and at the top is a beautiful ski town in the mountains with cafes and bike shops. My favorite part of this climb, though, was the descent. It is very wide and straight midway all the way to the bottom, and in the distance you can see the glaciers atop the mountains as you go. Coolest mountain descent I've ever done, and the top of the climb was amazing.
