This is a very short but gorgeous ride up the east side of Sonoma Mountain with views of the Maycamas Mountain range to the east. With views of vineyards below and oak trees forming a canopy over much of the climb, this is one out-and-back side tour worth your while if you are riding in the Glen Ellen/Sonoma area (Cavedale, Trinity, Sonoma Mountain Rd East, Mt Veeder, Grove St, among others).

Climb Summary
This is a very short but gorgeous ride up the east side of Sonoma Mountain with views of the Maycamas Mountain range to the east. The road dead ends at the top and is closed to public traffic so there is essentially no traffic along the climb.
