INTRO

Just recently paved, this road is claimed by the Indian government to peak at 19,300ft above sea level, making it the highest paved road in the entire world. Even if their data is wrong and our GPS data is correct (peak at 18,964ft), it still beats out ever other road in the world for the title by several hundred feet.
