Col de la Grosse Pierre, also known as the "Pass of the Big Stone," is a mountain pass situated in the French department of Savoie. It is located in the Maurienne Valley, which is known for its challenging and scenic cycling routes. The pass reaches an elevation of approximately 1,171 meters (3,842 feet) above sea level.

 Col de Grosse-Pierre has been included in 10 Tour de France races from 1913 to 2023.   The climb is most often categorized as 3, but was a Cat 2 in 2012. The gradient is very consistent throughout and 83% of the climb is between 5-10%.
