It's a local favorite for cyclists that like to test themselves on a steep climb and while the 15%+ parts are not that long, they are tough...my Wahoo shows it hitting 25% for a short distance too..Unfortunately, once you get to the top there is not a reward, no views, just a culdesac with homes...
