CLIMB SUMMARY

Climb summary by PJAMM’s Brad Butterfield:

Ingalalla - A gravel road takes you from the small town of Normanville to access the climb. The start point of the climb is at the intersection with the parking lot for the Ingalalla Falls. Here the road is paved and stays paved until -exactly- the summit point. Yes, only the 1 mile section of the climb is paved. So, if you are going to plan to ride to and from this climb I’d suggest at least a 30cc tire, although you could get by on narrower. She’s a short and steep sucker - the steepest section of road that I rode while in the Adelaide region. I was here in late April and the falls were barely trickling, but I’m sure in winter it is a sight to behold.

This is the steepest section of the climb - 18%.
