INTRO
This climb can be done on a gravel bike, but its a rough descent.
Sean: Conditions of the road change throughout and actually its predominantly dirt and not as much gravel. Because of the fact that it is such a long downhill, if you don’t have a shock under your bike, I’d recommend probably at least a 2 inch tire on the front. Also, I would not plan on doing this ride until towards the end of June in order to make it all the way to the top, much earlier than that, and you’ll run into snow.
