INTRO

The iconic IRONMAN Wisconsin has been running for 20 years. Taking place in the state's capitol, this is the most spectator friendly triathlon in the midwest, and one of the most popular. The mostly flat bike course actually has a few notable rollers, with 1.9 miles of the course between 5-10%, braking a 10% grade twice (at miles 48.5 and 91).
