Roadway:
Great - paved around 2021.
Traffic:
Medium on Mil Portrero highway, but after the turnoff on the actual climb almost none. We saw one car the entire time on Cerro Noroeste Road.
Parking:
We combined this ride with its sister climb Mt. Pinos, and parked here for free Google Maps (a public staging area for mountain bikers and off-road vehicles)
