Climb start

This is a mildly challenging bike climb out of Loveland ending in the lovely town of Estes about 20 miles shy of the ultimate climb in the area, Trail Ridge.  For this Big Canyon climb, stay left on Hwy 34 (Big Thompson Canyon Road; versus turning right onto Hwy 43 for the Trail Ridge ride which is the longest bike climb in the Continental US).
