The greatest elevation gained by bike climbs in the World are, in order of elevation gained, 1. La Muerte, 2. Mauna Kea, 3. Alto de Letras, 4. El Crucero, 5. Mauna Loa, 6. Punta Callan, 7. Apagua, 8. Death Road, 9. Wuling Pass East, and 10. Conococha.
